Here's a quick mockup of the coming G2 SuperBug design. Changes from Gen1 are the O2 wrench as lanyard hole, round bottle opener area, B tank wrench for his eye and overall length is increased to 3.5 inches. Also, the o-ring grooves have been enlarged and I'm using fatter o-rings.
It will be a few weeks before these tools are done. These are only quick mockups, the tools have not been heat treated so no, I am not selling prototypes. ;)
Next to a mockup of the plain Ghost for size comparison:
WHAT? ANOTHER NON-SALE POST?!?!?
That's mean. ;-)
But then again, I appreciate all the info and pics.
Thanks for all your hard work on all fronts.
The superbug is my favorite Atwood I've gotten a hold of. I'm really excited for the update!
Your captured bit tools are really quite practical/fuctional looking, and handsome to boot!
If I could get a SuperBug to go with my G3 Prybaby, I could take apart the Eiffel Tower!! (which I think is every handymans dream)
I'm lovin' the new G2 SuperBug.
Very cool. Can't wait for my first Atwood! Btw, what happened to the wing nuts? Any left?
Keep up the great work!
Awesome! I am going to be eating cheese sandwiches this month...
I like the design of the G2 Superbug. I'd almost like to see the G2 design with the Wroach pry tip.
G2 looking good, Maybe an XL BUG ?
I would like to see a Bottle Bug revisited. Its my favorite style, i have yet to acquire.
Peter, love the comparision pic! Really like the notches on the Ghost! That square eye on the G2 Superbug makes it look wicked! You must be wore down to a nub with your work and coming up with new stuff! I'm tired just looking at it!! Gary :>P
That Ghost tool there looks awesome! Really great size! Thanks for the heads up
