Titanium Fleas

Happy Friday My Friends!

Another lovely day out there, typical cool temps for this time of year which will only reach the 40'sf. I will get out and about later when it warms up and soak up some of that low angle sunshine.

Today I have a handful of Titanium Fleas for you. These were made a couple of years back and I still had a few kicking around. There are a couple with no anodizing but most of them do have coloring. Most are stamped as well, and there are some oddballs here. No lefties remaining...

Ti Fleas will run $65 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for coming by yet again, and I hope you all have a nice holiday week ahead.

Sold out, thanks again!

GearHead Beads

Happy Thursday Afternoon Everyone!

I'm looking forward to this weekend having finally cleared my schedule of about a zillion things. Still got some leisurely reorganizing of my garage to complete, but no hurry on that. I'm also revamping my main tumbler in the shop, actually replacing it with a brand new one and I will fix the old one when I have more time, then I'll have two of that same type. Actually I have about 6 different tumblers of various sizes and for different purposes and they all have their places depending on the need.

Well today I have the remaining titanium GearHead Beads for you. These were cut at the same time as the Bermuda Beads and were cut from textured material. These are all plain finish with no anodizing.

Textured Titanium Gearhead Beads will run $30 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for popping in today and hope your weekend is a good one.

All gone, thank you again guys!

Steel MiniBars

Happy Thursday Everyone!

I'm back again with another little group of goodies for you. I have about a dozen of these CPM 154 steel MiniBars. They feature the open V notch style and some sweet milled decorative side grinds. A little extra length gives them more leverage than the Stubby version. These are all plain finish with no stamps.

Steel MiniBars will run $65 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for swinging by today and have a great weekend ahead!

Sold out, thanks so much!

Titanium Mini Poltergeists

Happy Wednesday Folks!

Bright and sunny skies continue here in New England. It's quite nice out there aside from the chilly breezes.

Today I have just a few Titanium Mini Poltergeists for you. These are mostly stamped and anodized, but there is one plain one available if anyone wishes to request it.

Mini Poltergeists will run $70 plus shipping and the link is below. I thank you for coming by today as always, and have a great rest of your week!

All gone, thank you!

Bermuda Beads

Howdy All,

Bright and crisp out there today. It was a good morning to finally tackle the leaky kitchen faucet that I have been putting off fixing for weeks. Replaced some parts and o-rings, and it is better but still not quite right. Must be the cartridge I'm thinking, so I will take it apart again and change that at a later date.

Well today I have just a little batch for you. These are the remaining Titanium Bermuda Beads from a few years back. They are anodized a wide range of colors and make a nice little "stacker" piece to go with other beads on a lanyard.

Ti Bermuda Beads will run $30 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks once again for slipping by, and I hope your week is shaping up to be a good one.

All gone, thank you!

Zirconium Mini Superbugs!

Good morning, and a Happy Monday to you!

It's bright out there this morning, a bit cloudy but there's supposed to be quite a lot of sun today. It's quite chilly though with highs only about 40f predicted, and very windy later this morning. So it is going to be cold out there today.

I spent much of the weekend going through odds and ends in the shop and on the shelves. Some stuff was already finished and other pieces needed further processing. My main tumbler needs some maintenance as it is limping along and that is something I will need to tackle later this week. But for now I have gathered up some small groups of items for you and that will take me through for a few days.

Today I have a handful of Zirconium Mini Superbug Tools for you. I made these little bit caddy tools a few years ago. They have a wide variety of stamps on them and feature a cap lifter and captive bit system. The torch blackened surface is extremely hard and will stay nice for years of hostile pocket wear. I ran out of Phillips screwdriver tips so some of these will have T-10 Torx bits as I had a few dozen lying around. But of course you can use any 1 inch bit you want in them. A handy little item that is easy to carry.

Zirconium Mini Superbug Tools will run $65 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for coming by today and have a great week.

Sold out, thanks very much!

Stamped Timascus Hangman!

Happy Friday Folks!

Looking forward to a nice weekend ahead, although definitely on the cool side. All my leaf blowing is done for the year and now I'm getting the snow blower ready for the inevitable.

Today I have a handful of gorgeous Timascus Hangman hooks for you! These all have stamps and vibrant colors. I do have one lefty available and also one V2.5 version with the pry tip so let me know if anyone wants one of those two.

Timascus Hangmen will run $80 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for popping in this morning and hope your weekend is stellar!

All gone, thank you folks!

Stamped Timascus Megas

Howdy Folks,

Well I've been grinding some tools this week. I'm close to finishing the steel Skeletaurs and will be sending them out to heat treat sometime next week, so a couple of weeks away from completion on those. Next up on the bench will be titanium PryDaddy Jr tools and they should go along pretty well once I get into them. I just completed a new drawing for a smaller version of the SupaWrench concept tool that I mentioned earlier this year but which has proven to be totally unaffordable to produce given the huge increases in costs for steel that I'm currently seeing. I'm still going to make them, and am aiming for completion this year, but in a smaller size and in titanium instead. Also underway is a batch of Zirconium Keytons and hopefully I will have those coming up in a couple of weeks. I have a few other smaller batches and groups of remnant items that I am gathering up and bringing to the finish line as well, so lots more fun stuff is coming up.

Today I have a handful of Stamped Timascus Mega Hexy Beads for you. These have a wide variety of finishes as well as stamps. They will run $50 plus shipping and the link is below. As always, I really appreciate you stopping by today and I hope you have a very nice relaxing weekend ahead!

All gone, thank you so much!

Stainless Son of BeadThing

Hello from Cloudy New England!

Yes, it's another dark gray day, so common this time of year. We will see a bit more sun tomorrow and Friday it appears, but the temps are not going to get out of the 40's for the next ten days. Getting to be that time of year for sure.

Well today I have a little blast from the past for you. I found nearly two dozen 303 stainless steel Son of BeadThings hiding on a shelf in the shop. These big boys have some heft to them and can have multiple uses I hear.

Stainless Son of BeadThings will run $75 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for swinging by today and I hope things are rolling right along for you this week.

Sold out, thank you again folks!

Timascus Megas with Dots

Happy Friday Folks!

It's bright and rather cheerful out there today, although a bit chilly. I'm enjoying it while it lasts and am still patiently waiting for the last oak leaves to fall.

Today I have a handful of Timascus Hexy Beads for you. These have the Satellite Dots and are anodized a wide range of colors. Timascus Hexies with Dots will run $45 plus shipping and the link is below. Thank you as always for checking in this week and have a great weekend.

All gone, thanks again folks!

Stamped Stainless Steel GripCoins

Brrr...a Happy Thursday to you all from frosty New England,

It's chilly out there this morning and most of the leaves are now down. We're being serenaded this morning by the angry buzz of a chainsaw as the neighbor gets some of his trees trimmed. To be followed soon by a wood chipper I am sure... This happens from time to time but is an annoying side effect of living in a heavily wooded area. Definitely no sleeping in for me. ;)

Today I have two dozen of these small size 303 stainless steel GripCoins with rifle knurling for you. These were a project that I made several years ago and were originally meant for sticking onto tools or small electronics in order to provide a better grip. They also make for a neat little worry stone type of thing for a pocket...I am out of the sticky tape dots that I originally used for the backing, but they are easily sourced if you want to employ these buttons for that function. Or you could also use velcro dots if you wanted these to be removable. Or you could stick magnet on them if you wanted. Or, you can simply enjoy them as a worry stone.

At any rate, this group has a wide variety of tiny stamps in the center. I also have two without stamps if anyone prefers that.

Small Stamped GripCoins will run $50 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for coming by today and enjoy the weekend ahead.

All gone, thank you again!

Steel Tiny Tims

Happy Wednesday Everyone,

Another gray and cloudy day out there today. It's supposed to be getting cooler and a bit windy tonight so I will need to finish up some outdoor chores later this afternoon and make sure to batten down the hatches so to speak.

Today I have a couple dozen of steel Tiny Tims for you. This is the tail end of the CPM 154 batch from last year with the distressed Dungeon Black finish and a wide variety of stamps. The pic below is old and I think all those are gone, but it is representative of the batch. There are no lefties, but I do have a half dozen non stamped ones as well if anyone wants to request them.

Dungeon Black Tiny Tims will run $65 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks once again for popping by and have a great day!

Sold out except for a couple of plain ones, thank you so much!

Titanium Bookies

I'm back again. :)

I have a couple dozen Titanium Bookies done this afternoon. These are cool little bookmarks and would make a nice gift for the readers in your life. This is the last group of them. Titanium Bookies will run $45 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks as always, and hope your week is going great so far.

Sold out, thank you so much! I will have some more of the older titanium blade style Bookies later this fall...

Flat Ti E115s

Howdy All,

Nice crisp fall day shaping up here. I'm slowly adapting to the time change but I really wish they would stick to one or the other instead of this darned change every year. I understand the arguments for and against, but it's a nuisance. Oh well, they probably never will resolve it and we're always going to be stuck with it I guess.

Today I have just a handful of the flat Titanium E115 tools for you. A super light weight backup for your wallet or a minimalist key ring. They will run $45 plus shipping and the link is below...thanks for coming by today and have a great week.

Sold out, thanks again everyone!

Titanium Pocket Squares

Happy Monday!

It's a little overcast out there this morning. We're definitely headed into the cold gray part of the year which is really not my favorite because I am a naturally sunny kind of guy. But the good part is that this time of year forces me back indoors and so I tend to get lots of work done.

Today I have a couple dozen Titanium Pocket Squares for you. As before in the previous batch, these are stamped and contrast anodized with a wide variety of images and colors. I do have a couple of plain non colored and unstamped ones if anyone wants to email me for them, but no lefties...

Ti Pocket Squares will run $85 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for swinging by today, and I hope your week ahead is a great one.

All gone, thank you!

Titanium Count Sporkulas!

Happy Halloween Everyone!

It's amazing, but I actually have some titanium Count Sporkulas finished on the very day of Halloween for a change. Who knows, maybe I can get something green done for St Patrick's Day next year, lol.

Titanium Count Sporkulas will run $55 plus shipping. Thanks as always and hope you have a spooky evening.

All gone for now, thank you again!

Stubby Steel MiniBars

Hi Everyone,

I'm back again! I have a couple dozen Stubby Steel MiniBars left. These are CPM 154 and have a distressed hot black oxide finish. This group is stamped but I do have a few without stamps as well if anyone wants to email me for them. I may have a lefty or two as well, will have to check.

Stubby Steel MiniBars will run $65 plus shipping and the link is below. Thank again for stopping in today!

Sold out, thank you!

Timascus Mini Hexy Beads

Howdy Folks,

Looks like we are in for an inch of rain today. That should take care of most of the clinging leaves that remain, aside from the tough old oaks which are always the last to fall. I should have only one more round of leaf blowing for the season and most everything else is now buttoned up for the coming winter.

Well today I have a couple dozen of the Timascus Mini Hexy beads for you. This is close to the end of the beads that I have on hand and so I will try to explore some new options for next year, but hard to know as the costs for turning metals are just through the roof right now.

Timascus Mini Hexies will run $45 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for swinging by today and I hope your upcoming weekend is terrific.

All gone, thank you so much!

Titanium Skeletaurs!

Howdy Folks,

This is the first cooler week we have had so far this fall and it's a real harbinger of what is coming. It will only be in the 50's all week and it is supposed to rain tomorrow, so will be raw and chilly feeling. We did end up with a few colorful leaves here and there this fall, despite the ongoing drought, but leaf season was mostly kind of dull compared to some years. Now the weather seems to finally be turning wetter and that is a good thing for the trees, and our well water.

Today I have a brand new tool for you! I've always loved skeleton keys since I was a kid, and for years I have wanted to make a tool inspired by that iconic shape. The Skeletaur isn't an exact replica but it does rhyme, kinda like history...Titanium Skeletaurs are 3 inches OAL, and feature a broad pry tip with classic V notch, also a cap lifter 5/16-7/16 wrench set. A sweet little tool with a great hand feel. I have stamped these, but there are a few plain ones as well if anyone wishes to email me for one. And I did make several lefties also...a second batch in steel is on the bench and so those will be coming in a month or so.

Titanium Skeletaurs will run $70 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I hope your week is going great!

Sold out, thank you so much!

Ancient Stoneware Tokens: Round Two

Howdy Folks,

I made quite a few of these nifty little ceramic tokens over the summer. They were rather fun to make and I really enjoyed mixing and matching the various subjects on the front and back sides. The themes are very wide ranging, running the gamut from nature images to pirates, space, fantasy and classical mythology, and some of the combos are quite unexpected and amusing. A neat little "lucky" EDC pocket piece or an interesting item for sparking conversation for your desk at work. They also will make great little stocking stuffers for the holidays.

Ancient Artifact Stoneware Tokens run $15 plus shipping and the link is below. The batch is quite large and I will leave them up for the duration. Thanks for coming by today and hope your holiday season is a happy one!

Sold Out, thank you!

Titanium ThumbNails

Howdy Folks, I am finally back! ;)

Well it certainly has been a wild month. I had a rodent infestation in my garage that resulted in totaling my wife's old car and damaging my nine year old ride as well. So, after more than two weeks of cleaning and reorganizing I now have a very clean garage with tons of rodent prevention measures in place, and we both have new cars. Not the best timing, but maybe not the worst either, and, bonus, my garage now smells like peppermint, lol! Right after the car disaster I came down with a bad cold/flu that has taken two weeks to get over and I'm still not quite 100%. So, quite a miserable time, but now I am finally feeling better and am back to work in the shop.

Today I have the first wave of the long awaited Titanium ThumbNail tools done. These simple little guys are only 1.75" long and are modeled after the original tiny sized Wedgies from the very first batch made many years ago. I only made about 10 of those at the time, so I thought I would revisit them. These little guys are among the smallest tools that I have made, so a minimalist piece for sure. They feature a simple pry tip and 1/4 hex opening. I have stamped these, but there are a few plain ones as well for folks who prefer vanilla, just drop me a note. The Atwood name stamp is on the back side and they are ambidextrous.

Titanium ThumbNail tools will run $50 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for your patience and for popping in today!

All gone for today, thank you! New Skeletaurs will be coming up next week... :)

More Timascus Keytons!

Howdy all, and Happy Almost Fall!

It's definitely cooling down here in the northeast, but still warmish for this time of year. That part is good but unfortunately the rain has still been scarce. We are in the worst summer drought that I can recall since I started gardening a decade ago. So it remains to be seen how much foliage color we will have this fall since a lot of the leaves are turning brown and drying up on the trees. Many trees and shrubs are already turning from the stress as well. Usually the first week of October is peak foliage so we shall see how it goes.

I've been quite busy in the shop for the past week. I just got done prepping out Zirconium Keytons as well as the new Titanium and Steel Skeletaurs. They will get milled next and then I can do finish grinding and final finishing steps. I keep putting off Titanium ThumbNail tools, but they are on deck and I just need to finish the grinds and anodizing. Several other nifty tool batches are brewing as well such as Titanium PryDaddy Juniors, so stay tuned.

Today I have the rest of the Timascus Keyton batch for you. These are quite gorgeous and I have enjoyed working on them. Actually working on them was sort of a pain, but the payoff comes at the end with all these fantastic colors! :)

So there is a wide variety of wild colors here, including one with very stealthy C-51 contrast if anyone wants to drop me a note and claim it. No lefties again I'm sorry to say, but I will have lefties coming up soon in the zirconium Keyton batch mentioned above.

Timascus Keytons run $95 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for dropping by and I hope your week is shaping up to be a fabulous one!

Sold out, thank you so much!

Another Round of Ancient Artifact Bronze!

Howdy Folks,

Happy Monday! It's really cooling down up here in New England this week with highs expected only in the 70's. It's suddenly starting to feel very fall like after our scorching weeks in July and most of August. Still no rain in sight though.

Today I have another handful of Ancient Artifact Bronze tokens for you. I've been having some fun with these and will keep making them periodically in the months ahead. I also will have another group of the stoneware ones coming up shortly as well.

Ancient Artifact Bronze tokens will run $55 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for stopping by as always, and have a great last week of summer ahead.

All gone for now, thank you so much!

Timascus Keytons!

Happy Monday!

Well, after a brutal past couple of weeks heatwise, where we were also hit with a double whammy of unrelenting drought, we finally got a drenching rainstorm over the weekend which the parched ground absorbed in about two seconds. And now the temperature has finally abated and it looks like we have at least a week of very comfortable temperatures to look forward to ahead. Still no rain to speak of in the forecast though.

I have been quite busy on projects. I'm almost done with the little ThumbNail tools. I will have more Ancient Artifact tokens coming up soon. I have a few small remainder batches to clean up and finish as well. I just finished a drawing for a new tool called the Skeletaur, and that is about to get cut this week. I am finally going to cut a tool called the SupaWrench that I had initially planned two years ago but put on hold. So lots of stuff in the hopper for the end of summer and early fall.

Today I have a small batch of Timascus Keytons for you! They are quite spectacular and are all different in pattern and coloring. These are super hard to capture in a photograph in this poor light today, but the colors are quite vibrant. I also have a couple that are heat colored and are a bit more subdued. I forgot to mill lefties in this batch though, sorry about that, and I don't think there were any in the other half batch either which I will have coming up soon.

Timascus Keytons will run $95 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for popping in today and I hope your summer has been stellar so far!

Sold out, thank you so much!

More Ancient Artifact Bronze Tokens

Howdy Folks,

It's super hazy here in New England today, as it was yesterday, from the Canadian wildfires. Feels gross outside and so indoors is where it is at for right now.

For years I have had my simple product cards made at Staples. Well, they changed their print department around this spring, and so now I have to change the way I get my cards printed. So you can expect various formats and different looks for a while until I can settle down with a repeatable template that I like. This is the kind of thing that drives me nuts and wastes a lot of my time when I could be making products instead of dealing with a bunch of software changes. And since I don't have a staff I end up having to do everything myself, which is just fine, but still annoying when these little glitches come up that must be related to. Anyhow, the new cards will no doubt end up much nicer than the old ones so this will probably work out just fine.

I've certainly been having a lot of fun with these Bronze Ancient Artifact Tokens! I will definitely be making more of them as time permits, but since making them is a slow process it's really hard to make very many at once. So I will be making small batches every once in a while between tools and other items.

Ancient Artifact Bronze Tokens will run $55 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for coming by this afternoon and hope your week is going great. ;)

All gone, thank you! More coming soon though.

Limited Edition Copper Dice!

Howdy Folks, and Happy Friday!

Well we finally got a little rain yesterday and overnight. We've been in a pretty severe drought for the past month with only a couple of showers here and there. So a lot of trees are dropping their yellowing leaves way earlier than usual, and I have had to water my garden almost every day. It's always this way it seems, one year it's too rainy and another year is too dry.

I'm still working steadily on various projects and will get some more tools finished next week. In the meantime I decided to tackle the old blank Copper Dice that have been sitting on a shelf for years. They have a nice patina on them already from age. I can only use my smallest stamps on them since they are small, but I found some good ones that would work well in the space. I only screwed up a couple too, hehe...anyhow, these are clearly hand stamped dice and they feature a variety of stamps, not always lined up quite perfectly! I had some fun with the keyhole ones which have regular keyholes for five sides and then the Number Six side has a single large skeleton key. This is a small batch and I won't be able to make any more of them once these are gone.

Hand Stamped Copper Dice will run $75 per set of two and the link is below. Thanks for popping in today and hope your weekend ahead is excellent!

Sold out, thank you so much!

Bronze Artifact Tokens

Howdy Folks, and Happy Wednesday!

We just had two days of lovely cooler summer temperatures here, and low humidity. It was nice and I was able to get a lot done outside without feeling like I was working in pea soup. But now it's getting warmer again for a few day and driving me back inside. Good time to get some work done.

So I'm steadily working on the titanium ThumbNail tools and will have them coming up by next week. Milling is done on several other tool batches so those will be following, although I haven't decided just what to work on next. But the path to finishing stuff is getting much more clear and the summer will see a lot more activity picking up, so stay tuned.

Today I have a small batch for you, continuing on in my Ancient Artifact series. These Bronze Tokens are really nifty and are the metal version of the clay ones I offered a few weeks ago, although a little smaller. This material is tricky to work with and a little slow to produce, but really fun and I will be making more small batches of these as time permits for the rest of the year...anyway, these have a nice patina already started on them and a satisfying weight in your hand. As usual, I have a wide variety of subjects on them and they are double sided, often with surprising combinations.

Bronze Ancient Artifacts will run $55 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for popping in, and have a great rest of the week ahead!

All gone for now, thank you so much!

Flat Titanium E115s

Howdy Folks and Happy Tuesday!

We're in for a mini heat wave this week as the temps will be in the 90's for several days. Hottest part of summer and right on schedule. It wouldn't be that bad except the humidity will probably also be high, so it's a bit uncomfortable. Good days for hunkering down in the shop and getting some stuff done.

Today I have a small batch of flat Titanium E115 tools for you. This is the remainder of the earlier batch from the Spring. A simple back up for your wallet or ultralight summer weight tool for your keys.

Flat Titanium E115s run $45 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks as always for stopping by today, and stay cool out there!

Sold out, thank you so much!

Ancient Artifact Bronze Beads

Howdy Folks,

It's a warm and humid week as we settle into the heart of summer. I've been busy on my gardens, trying to keep them watered and fighting off the critters. Deer have been a particular nuisance this year but some selective fencing seems to be warding them off for now.

Projects are piling up as I have finished the milling phase on several tools. I will have the tiny ThumbNail tools coming up very soon, and also some special Keytons. A mini PryDaddy Junior tool is underway and those will be coming next month as well. And I continue to play around with the Ancient Artifact series as well so look for a few more of those very soon.

Today I have a tiny batch of just FIVE of these really cool hand made solid bronze beads. These are highly unusual and feature wild textures and stamping. A little preview of the upcoming Ancient Artifact tokens that I have underway. They are mounted on shock cord as the opening on them is a bit too tight for paracord. I am not sure if I will be making more of these or not, so this might be it for these, or perhaps I might explore this concept more up the road now that I am getting better at manipulating and understanding the material, we shall see.

Bronze Ancient Artifact beads will run $55 each plus shipping and it is one per customer as the batch if so tiny. As always, the link is below. Thanks for popping in today and I hope your week is going great!

Gone in a jiffy, thank you so much!

Atwood Artifacts!

Howdy Folks,

Happy 4th of July weekend! Sorry for the long radio silence, but as you know there has been lots of stuff going on, everywhere and all at once.

For the past year I have been spending a lot of time thinking about objects and our relationships to them, as well as the history of humanity, inventions and the development of societies. I'm fascinated by all that has come before us and what that tells us about ourselves and where we are headed, as well as my own humble place in the very long line of makers and artisans. Although I don't necessarily have any answers, I think simply being a curious observer is an important role that we all can play as we try to make sense of the rapidly changing world.

At any rate, as you all know, I have long been interested in symbols, as my stamped tools and pottery objects clearly show. I have always liked the idea of bringing very ancient and mythical symbols together with the craziest ideas and modern materials. And so we get dinosaurs and UFO's together on the most enduring materials currently known to humanity such as titanium or zirconium. Some of these materials, like pottery before them, are destined to literally last forever. But pottery is wonderfully durable itself and that is lucky for us because it gives us some of the oldest evidence for how ancient humans lived and what they thought. And sometimes the fragments left behind are as interesting and enigmatic as a whole complete piece would have been.

Today I have for you the first in a series of Mysterious Ancient Artifacts. These are stoneware clay tokens or worry stones. They vary in size from about a dime to silver dollar size. Crudely struck, they sometimes resemble ancient hammered coins or medallions, and many have tiny cracks and fissures that give them a wonderful ancient feel which is further enhanced with pigments during the firing process. I use many symbols on them which range from ancient to modern, with every subject under the sun, including heraldic images, whimsical portraits, aliens, Bigfoot, nature, dogs, weapons, monsters, bugs, pirates, and abstract patterns. Most of these are double sided and they often have wildly different themes on front and back. A few are name stamped, but most are not because it seemed important to me to take my own ego out of it and let these objects speak to future generations anonymously.

Atwood Artifacts are designed to be carried in your pocket, or keep them on your desk or windowsill. I have lots of these underway and so will have more batches coming up this summer. I also have a limited series in other materials coming up soon that I am currently experimenting with.

These Ancient Stoneware Tokens will run $15 each plus shipping and the link is below. Have a great weekend folks, and stay cool!

All gone for now, but more on the way. Thanks again!

Zirconium Mini Hexy Beads

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Well, today is the day, the AC must go in. It's only supposed to be around 80f, but tomorrow it will get into the 90's and that will last for a couple of days. So I guess summer is officially here despite the crazy cool spells we've been having. We just aren't acclimated to it yet this year...

Today I have a couple dozen plain Zirconium Mini Hexy beads for you. These are a great size and weight, and the hard torch blackened finish will wear just about forever. That layer of zirconium oxide that forms from the heating is so darned tough and scratch resistant.

Zirconium Mini Hexy beads will run $30 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks as always for checking in, and may the rest of your week be a productive one.

All gone, thanks again!

Happy June!

Wow, it's hard to believe we're at June already! It's been so cool and chilly here that it has felt more like early spring than summer. My garden is not entirely happy, but I did get my first Alpine strawberry of the season yesterday so that is great. Will be in the 90's by mid week, so that's just crazy.

I'm going to try to get some grinding done this week so hopefully will have more tools coming up shortly. I still have more Zr E115s to finish, and a few more Pocket Squares. Also underway is a tiny titanium tool called the ThumbNail, and some other neat items to be announced soon...

Today I have another round of the Classic Count Sporkulas. A handy little titanium tool, and I just used mine last week at lunch.

Count Sporkulas will run $55 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks as always for stopping by today and I hope you're gearing up for a great summer!

Sold Out, thank you!

Zirconium E115s: Wroid Edition!

Howdy Folks,

It's another dark and cloudy morning here in New England. We've had a lot of that lately, with much cooler temperatures than normal. Very unusual spring, and especially month of May. But, I will have the first Alpine strawberries of the year ripening in just a few days, so that is super exciting!

Today I have a lovely batch of Zirconium E115 Tools for you, in Wroid thickness! These are obviously chunky, heavy duty pry bars and they feature regular grinds. I had fun mixing up the placement of the name stamp so these vary a bit in layout. All are stamped and they have been well tumbled to achieve a buttery smooth feel. The torch blackened, hardened and oiled surface will resist wear for years to come.

I have a couple of lefties available as well if anyone wants to request one. This is the first wave and a second group will be coming this summer.

Zirconium Wroid E115s will run $85 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks as always for dropping by today, and I hope your upcoming weekend is a great one.

All gone for today, thank you so much!

Fancy Pocket Squares

Howdy All! And a Happy Friday to everyone. It's a lovely day here, and looks like they will finally finish paving our road today. It's been a noisy couple of weeks with constant beeping, clanging, and diesel engines roaring. Right now they have a giant leaf blower on a tractor out there that is driving me crazy. Aaaaahh!

I've been chipping away at projects as usual. I'm almost done with zirconium E115s, so those will be coming up hopefully later next week.

Today I have the rest of the titanium Pocket Squares finished. These are all stamped, and then they had a couple of rounds of contrasting anodized colors laid down to give them a cool distressed finish and make the ruler scales pop. I have my usual wide ranging stamps, colors and themes. Lefties are sold out, but if anyone wants to email me I also have a couple with stamps but no coloring for those who are allergic to color. :)

Fancy Ti Pocket Squares will run $85 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for popping in today and I hope your weekend ahead is a great one.

All gone, thank you so much!

Plain Titanium Pocket Squares

Howdy all,

We've finally been having a lovely stretch of spring weather here and I have been flat out with trimming trees and brush, preparing the garden for the season and cleaning out the garage. So many things to do, but I have made great progress. In between I have been steadily chipping away at the various metal projects too.

Today I have a little wavelet of Titanium Pocket Square tools. These are totally plain for you vanilla lovers...this hefty .160 thick tool features a stout pry tip, 2 inch measuring scale and 1/2 wrench opening. I made a little relief cutout on the inside corner so that I could hand grind all six sides and produce a reasonably precise tool. These aren't quite at a "Starrett" level of precision, but they are certainly great for a quick reference. The finish is tumbled for a buttery smooth feel.

This group is plain but I am working on a larger batch with stamps and anodized finish which will be coming up shortly. I do have lefties available today for the plain ones and a few more lefties still to finish, so please email if you need a lefty.

Plain Titanium Pocket Squares will run $70 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for popping in, and I hope your spring is going great.

Plain ones temporarily sold out but more coming soon, thank you!

New Titanium Bookies

Howdy folks, and Happy Tax Day, if there is such a thing. :)

We had an infuriating couple of inches of inches of snow over the weekend, but luckily it's all gone. Should be milder temps and smooth sailing from here on out though.

The titanium Pocket Squares are awaiting finish grinds, stamping and final finishes. I will try to get them done this week, but I do have some jig fabrication work to do for stamping ruler scales on them. And my tumbler is still messed up, but I should be able to fix it up without too much trouble.

Today I have some newly designed Titanium Bookies for you. These are loosely modeled on an historic design from the late Victorian era, so they are a new take on an old idea. The originals would have been sterling silver, but I think titanium will suit these very well. The Bookies have a hand brushed and burnished finish. I have left them plain with no stamps or anodizing. Just the thing for your bed side table, and they will make a nice gift for the readers in your life.

Titanium Bookies will run $45 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for popping in today, and I hope your week is shaping up to be a good one!

Sold out, thank you so much! I will make more of these in the fall. :)

Rainy, drippy Saturday continues...hope it's nicer wherever you might be!

Here are the remainder of the Flat Titanium E115 tools from earlier this year. A handy little backup for your wallet, or just something ultralight that you can beat on without guilt for the keys. There are some lefties available as well by request, as shown below. Just drop me a note and I'm happy to send a lefty...

Flat Titanium E115 Tools run $45 plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks so much as always, and have a great weekend.

All gone, thank you so much!

Plain Titanium Atwrenches

Hello again my friends, and Happy Weekend! It's cold and drizzly here, and it probably means no baseball this afternoon. Oh well...

So I thought I would slip in a little weekend sale for a change. Today I have a couple dozen plain Titanium Atwrenches for you. Most are familiar by now with the features of this classic tool, but here they are for those not as well versed with the specs: They are made from hefty 6/4 aircraft grade titanium. They have an OAL of 3.1 inches, so the perfect size, thickness and length for a key ring tool and indeed they feel great in the hand. The features include a broad pry tip, a cap lifter which doubles as a 5/16 wrench, and a 1/4 - 1/2" SAE wrench set in the handle. The finish is heavily tumbled and these stout tools are built to last literally forever.

Plain Titanium Atwrenches will run $75 plus shipping and the link is below. Thank you for coming by today and have a great weekend!

Sold out, thanks again folks!

The totally awesome giant 3D printed Atwrench was gifted to me by a long time collector, thank you Joe! :D

Count Sporkula Classic

Happy Friday Folks!

We're going to have a relatively nice day ahead with highs in the 60's and some sun. But then it will turn chilly and miserable for a week or so. Spring in New England is such a tease!

I'm ignoring unsettling current events and concentrating on production this spring. I have tons of projects underway and will hopefully get some brand new tools finished for sometime next week. First up is a new design called the Pocket Square which will follow in the footsteps of the QuickDraw. Also coming soon is a Zirconium Wroid version of the E115. A new pocket tool design called the TriStone is underway in timascus and zirconium. Also freshly cut is a batch of Micro Mini Wedgies similar to the originals called the ThumbDrive. I have a batch of compact PryDaddy Jr tools underway. Also just cut are some Keytons in Zirconium and Zircuti. A tub of Timascus Tombstones are still languishing in the corner and I have vowed to tackle them this summer. I have a new thin titanium bookmark clip underway and I have begun grinding steel Prybabies. Lastly I am finally getting pricing on cutting a brand new steel SupaWrench tool that I have wanted to make for some time. A few new and different ceramic items are also underway. All in all, an interesting variety of cool items with a wide variety of price points to take us through the year.

Today I have some new titanium Count Sporkulas for you. I'm calling these the Classic version since they have the refined fork tine shape and a round hole in the center, as well as the cap lifter and rounded spoon end.

Count Sporkula Classics will run $55 plus shipping and the link is below. The batch is large and the link will remain up for the duration...Thanks so much as always for stopping in, and I hope your spring is arriving sooner rather than later!

Temporarily sold out, thank you so much!

Happy Spring!

Howdy Folks! Happy Spring to you all. It's still quite cool up here and we have one small pile of ugly icy snow left in the yard where the plow pushed it up. But daffodils and crocus flowers are poking up all over the place, and it looks like my treasured tiny strawberries have all wintered very nicely. I have started lots of sweet pepper plants and very soon will plant some tomato seeds as well.

Sorry for the long radio silence, there has been so much going on here. Projects have been very slow to get rolling this year for various reasons, but much of that has been solved and I just need to do a bit more machine maintenance. But I have quite a few new designs already cut or about to be cut, so lots of new stuff is on the menu for this year. I've also been taking a deep dive into research on historical artifacts and designs, and that has yielded some very cool new ideas and interesting directions to explore. There is so much cool stuff rolling around in my head right now that I can barely articulate it, but I will let you in on some it in the weeks ahead.

Today I have a batch of lovely Timascus Mega Hexy beads for you. These have satellite dots milled into them on 5 sides and a name stamp on the sixth side. They are flame colored and have a variety of gorgeous patterned colors on them.

Timascus Mega Hexy beads will run $50 each plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for stopping by today, as always, and I hope sunny warm days are coming to you this week as well.

All gone, thank you so much!
