Stainless Steel Whistles

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for all your well wishes, I'm feeling a lot better today. :)

I have some 303 stainless steel whistles done and ready to go. These are the slightly slimmer ones which all the whistles will be from here on out. They have a nice brushed satin finish on them and come with a keyring. These are $45 plus shipping. Once this wave is gone I still have another tray of stainless ones to put together so a few more will be coming. I will have the bronze ones done next week and then another wave of brass will closely follow as well.

Thanks so much folks, the ones I had finished are sold out!

Super. I was waiting for these. I was wanting to pickup a plain stainless one for my keyring. Thanks Peter.

Where do I buy these? Are they all gone?

I'm curious about how the sale process works here. I checked the site before I went to work, and nothing was offered. Then I checked the site after work and apparently everything is sold out.

I wasn't in the market for a whistle, but for future reference -- are items only offered for sale to people who don't work for a living? Or people who have jobs that let them surf the web all day? Are items ever offered for sale on regular non-working hours?

Jim, they sold out in a little over an hour. What can I tell you? I have sales in the evenings sometimes, sometimes mornings, often in the afternoon. It's just whenever I get enough stuff done to do a sale. Could be any day of the week and I just never know either. Lately I've been a little slow in getting stuff out but I'm just a one man shop so can only do so much. You can always email me though and see if I have anything on hand.

Brass, steel and bronze whistles in the slim version weigh in at 23 grams each with a keyring on them.

Slim titanium whistles weigh 14 grams by themselves and with bead chain only 20 grams so still lighter than any of the others.

Peter, it was great when you released big shots. Everybody can get one or two! Why did you stop his practice?

Look, whistles are STILL in production. I will be doing a good sized run in three different materials for this month. I may do even more if there is still demand after the holidays. Everyone who wants one will definitely be able to get one. Just email me if you miss the sales completely.

Thank you, Peter. That sounds great!‎

Are the titanium slim whistles 14 grams or is that weight for the fat Ti ones?

Peter Atwood said...

That's the slim ones Rick.

Perfect, looks like the ti fatties are about 17 grams.

Received mine today. I can now replace the dented & beat up aluminium REI whistle I bought a year or two ago & had been carrying around. Thanks again Peter for making these fine little pocket tools for all of us!

I can't wait for bronze ones to come out. Missed the TI whistles. so maybe they will come out again too.

Ooh if more big shots came out before for Christmas that would be nice. especially of you could get more then one.

So Peter.... what is planned to come out before Xmas?
