There is a little piece of metal on the wall of the hex bit that prevents the bit from going all the way in. Any suggestions on how to get that out of there?
Sorry about that. A few of them have had this problem I noticed. If you force the bit in from either side you may be able to dislodge the burr. If not you can try hitting it with a small file. If you are uncomfortable with any of these approaches please email me, send it back and I will fix it for you.
Just got back from being out of town all day, which was killing me because I just knew my first Atwood creation was going to arrive today. Sure enough the USPS tracking conformed it was dropped off today.
Well got home and ran to the mailbox straight away and there it was a new SuperBug. It will be a great addition to my keychaing, right next to the Ti Strider HAK (HideAwayKnife).

Thanks Peter! I tapped it in with a wooden mallet, and the little burr came out the other side. Now the bit fits in very snugly!
And yes, you have excellent customer service. More than any other "business" I have dealt with... ever.
