Few More Nibbles and BugBites.....

....will be coming tomorrow if I can get them finished in the morning.

This time of year is always tough to keep to a work schedule because there's endless interruptions. Between the constant snow and ice storms we've had this year which have kept me busy on the driveway and the piles of paperwork from tax season I've been having trouble just staying in the shop for any length of time. Plus I never have gotten my heating situation totally straightened out in the shop and it's in the low to mid 50's for most of the day. Cold! But it looks like a lot of the worst is now past and I should be getting some good stretches of work done over the next few weeks. :)

Peter nibble arrived today, the baby of the family is way cool!! I suspect the nibble will be the most popular new Atwood on the block. How bout a ti nibble with splash anodize??? Your knives are my all time favorite, but the new nibble is a close second!! Peter outstanding work once again, willing to relocate anytime you feel the need for a student:) ed

Have you ever taken pictures of your shop? I love to see peoples creative/work spaces - so if you have, please consider posting them! (unless it is 'classified information' he he)

Also, I would recommend the Mr. Heater 'Big Buddy' (lol) portable heater, for your shop? (http://www.mrheater.com/productdetails_extended.asp?catid=41&id=116). Its like the size of a kerosene heater but uses two 1# propane cylinders inside, for fuel (and can also be hooked up to bulk tanks, if you buy the hose for it) Mine works great for heating my whole shop but you could probably find it handy for warming the cold areas up, as I would imagine your shop is a lot bigger? :D

Its no fun trying to get stuff done with your fingers all numby! lol

Great to hear the weather is subsiding. Looking forward to snagging a nibble. Thanks for the heads up.

Peter- Loved the Sharkbite and the Bike-tool. But I agree with the notion that the new Nibble is the best of the three. I like handling them all and they all work great. The nibble is so cute my wife is threatening to take it. Not out loud, understand. It is a look that seems to say, "You're mine little pretty!!" Thanks for the usually stellar effort.

Received Nibble and BugBite today. I agree, Nibble rocks! My favorite so far. Love to see it in Ti with satin or bead blast finish (splash not for me).

I am sure my wife would also like the Nibble, but if she new how many tools I have purchased in the few months, she would kill me! Not as fun when you can't flaunt your tools around the house :(

Great work and awesome service!

you leave your shop? i would have thought the heat treating of the tools would have kept the shop warm. maybe a lil marshmello roasting over red hot nibbles and sharkbites. lol

Talk about a surprise in the mail today...received my Nibble and TROPICAL Bugbite today! All I can say is WOW! This is my first multi-colored anodization on a tool that I've been able to get ahold of, and the pictures just don't do the colors justice. Can't wait to get more!

BTW, love the Nibble too! I do see a bit of rust in spots on the tool like you mentioned, particularly in the Atwood stamp, but I think it adds character to it, as it already looks like a well used/loved tool. :D

Rick... should Peter ever make any buckle/watch-like tools, that might be the final solution to carry all kind of stuff under disguise :D
