Hi Everyone,
So the hot and lazy days of summer are here finally! It's a good time to hunker down and get some things done in my cool basement shop...
Today I have some solid copper dice finished. These are not drilled for bead chain. They are made of grade C147 which is a sulphur copper alloy and it is much harder and more machineable than ordinary pure copper. A great choice for this application. I have given them a super long tumbling session which gave them a beautiful antique patina. Not only do they look nice but they are quite heavy and solid feeling in the hand.
The copper dice are $30 for each single dice plus shipping and the link is below. Thanks for stopping in on this fine holiday weekend and hope everyone has a safe 4th of July!
Copper Dice are gone, thank you!

I believe the singular is called die. Either way, nice work as always.
Die or Dice, either one is correct according to Dictionary.com. ;)
Its Dice if you bought a pair lol. The run us done I finally made a sale again!!!
Beautiful. Can't wait to give'em a roll.
Well, crap. Any more of these coming up, Peter?
Excited that the bronze ones are getting closer! Gary :>)
Yes, absolutely, more will be coming. I ran out of copper and the material I wanted to use is on back order. But there is a big batch of bronze coming this week and I just ordered 6 more bars so there will be tons of bronze ones both with and without holes coming. Also, tons of ti ones with and without holes also coming.
Hey Peter nice work.
How about making a pry tool with bottle opener and a golf divot tool.
You hav never made a golf tool before and I bet the masses would eat it up. I know I would!!
Hav a great weekend ....
Haha, yes I have made divot tools before!. The Swinger is a divot tool with cap lifter and prytip. I actually have a couple left if you want one, just email me. Thanks!
Wow I did not know that I must hav completely missed that sale. Well I stand corrected. That is cool I will have to look into that for sure....
Thanks!
Bronze baby bronze...
Bronze....i need one of those. Will they be drilled?
The bronze will be both drilled on some and no holes on others. ;)
Any chance of making other polyhedral dice as well (20, 12, 10, 8 and 4-sided) sometime in the future? Some of us would kill for a matched D&D set.
Though I personally have no use for them, I must say that these copper dice are quite beautiful and appealing.
I truly miss my Crawdaddy, which I managed to lose somehow (what can i say, I'm over 60). If you find one lying under the tumbler, please let me know. ;-)
Peter, I hope you have a great 4th.
Peter,
Interested in the copper or bronze dice. Please contact me on how to purchase if possible. Thank you!
