Working on Poltergeists and E115 tools this week! :)
Here's a sneak peak at an unfinish raw bar E115 before it goes to heat treat. A neat little tool, it is similar to an Atwrench but more slender and without a bottle opener. I'm still waiting on surface grinding to be finished for the rest of the batch before I send them out but I'm hoping to get these out for heat treat by the weekend.

A new tool...this is exciting.
I'm curious too. ;p
I always knew your life is a "GRIND" Peter but that's what you do! Hope you never stop! Just watch the fleshy parts!!! Thanks for the info anxiously waiting the photos! Gary :>)
Anti-gravity, Element 115, Uup, Ununpentium?
Tell me Peter! Does this thing float, shoot lasers, or call the mothership?!
:)
Looking forward to the latest hardware!
115mm maybe?
Ooh this is fun!
Nothing like a little mystery to break out of the winter Blahs!
E115??? I must know!
i think avatar had the homage to sci fi that is also apt in describing many of peter's pieces: unobtanium.
don't grind yourself too hard. balance! in your life and in your tools.
i am in need of a new bike so i will have to put my atwood tool lust on hold for awhile.
Please! We need some pics! :)
We demand pictures! ;)
Wow, metal shavings on the shop floor are like blood in the water around here! You're starting a feeding frenzy, Peter. Everything is looking (and sounding) great lately - now if I could just use my Jedi mind powers to stop all these fans from snapping up the tools before I get a chance...... these are not the tools you're looking for...
This is a not nice you said pics soon. that was 2 days ago. How can you just keep us hanging??? Please we need Pics!!!!!!
What does E115 stand for? Any chance some of these will have the XL bend?
Element 115 is a mythical element that the UFO guys claim is the key to interstellar space travel. No, these will not have bends.
just saw the pic, damn that's nice@
Yeah, the E115 is going to finish up real nice after heat treat. Sweet!
Lately, though, I feel as if I have been on an interstellar space trip while checking out your photography!
Good stuff! Been getting out and shooting and that is great.
I have to admit the Larva has been King in my pocket these days..E115 is certainly going to fall into rotation. Dig it.
LOL, Bob you are too kind! :)
A great looking piece. I hope, this weekend, one becomes my first Atwood purchase.
Nice Prench!
