I have the remaining WingNuts ready and will do a sale later today. These had to have extensive refinishing and so will have a smooth gunmetal gray finish rather than the brighter Stone Aged finish. I am just not able to get that high lustre with my home equipment. However, I really like the antique look that I have been getting through my own efforts.
The Fixers are sitting here with sheaths done but I still need to sharpen them.
The titanium Wroach is a long ways off still since they need to be milled, etc...the whole finishing process.
G2 Superbugs are maybe three weeks away from completion with a very small number coming this week with raw bar finish.
My buddy at the machine shop screwed me up with the remaining Mini BrewDrivers because he decided to knock off and do another project rather than finishing mine but he should be back on them this week. As soon as I get them I will be doing a batch in green and probably some other colors as well. Some plain ones will be available for those who ask for them.
The Flea has been renamed the Ghost and I have a small number of them with raw bar finish at heat treat right now, will possibly have them later this week but I don't want to swear to it since the heat treat guys never let me know when my stuff will run through the ovens and tumblers. The remaining LARGE batch is almost done and ready to start tumbling, heat treat etc so will be a few weeks. I'm going to work on these this morning and try to get them out the door by tomorrow to start the finishing journey.

Wow! These look amazing Peter!
That Ghost is great. Congrats on the Raw Bar score!
Aaahhh...Raw Bar..I see.
...so we are sitting around the camp when all of a sudden a Ghost appeared...!
Lookin' good, Peter!
If you get any silver mini-brewdrivers, let me know. Thanks
What is the change in the design of the superbugs?
Both look great! I'm glad I was able to pass on the brewdrivers to leave me some atwood funds for these two. Can't wait.
The updates sound good. I cant wait !
great stuff!!Looking good, as usual:D
Any Metric ones among those fixers peter??
I like the designs and love the raw bar finish. :)
Are any of these upcoming pieces you have written about done in a lefty grind Peter?
Thanks folks!
No lefty grinds in the upcoming pieces.
The changes in the Superbug are small but the piece is bigger...it's easier just to show a picture than to try to explain it.
The Fixer batch is the tail end of the same batch that I made last year so these are SAE. It takes forever for me to get knives done which is why you don't see me making many knives. ;)
That's what I'm talking about!! Atwood Art at its FINEST!!
Look good, Peter. What are the dimensions on the Wroach proto?
Those look cool. I can see how it was called the Flea first, but also how it changed to Ghost! Will be needing one of those.
Forgot, hope the timing of all these releases work out so I can afford a Fixer!
The Wroach is 3.5" long and just shy of 1 inch wide.
Well, there are only about two dozen Fixers and they will be going up via the SUSale system...
These are really cool Peter.
You know, I think I like following your page, and seeing what creative/beautiful tools you come up with as much as actually having one of them.
Keep it up!

Any plans on doing the Ghost in Ti? UV Ghosts would be pretty wicked....IMHO

These look fantastic! I love the raw bar, I really hope to see more of it.
Yes, there is a good chance I will do some Ghosts in titanium. One thing at a time though! :)
i love the ghost! but considering this is gonna be a pendent, any chance having the Atwood logo in a different position so its not upside down when worn?
Nope! :p
I can't put it anywhere else since it could cause stress cracks if it's too near the openings or edges. However, I figure realistically a lot of people will have it on their keys and to use it you will hold it sideways anyway. I have not stamped the plain ones yet so maybe I'll do them upside down to where they are now. I'll try one and see.
The Ghost looks cool...hope you make a bunch of those.
I like the stamp where it is....
Great looking tools! Peter-any chance of seeing some pictures of your shop? I'm always curious to see how if it looks like I imagine.
Love the finish on the Ghost, that's one nice looking pocket tool!
Peter, they both look great can't wait!!!! Wonderful designs!!! Gary :>)
Hey Peter! I have not posted in a while but I had to say I have been waiting on your next tool with the O2 wrench :) I deffiantly gotta score one of the Ghosts for work. Its a nice small size and will be great for the Oxygen cylinder on medical calls ;) That raw bar finich looks really good. Nice work on the new tools. Take care brother.
Wes
No Tekloks with the Fixers. The sheaths are too small and the wrong shape.
Peter,
Any dimensions on those Ghosts? They look maybe 1/4" longer than Chigger?
and yeah, I know Fixers will be sign up sale.
Mike
Hummm...The Wroach. I understand that this is a proto, but I feel this tool may well served if it had XL in lieu of the opener.
What do you think, Peter?
I think I might do something XL later this year but on this particular one I wanted this configuration. It's tough to get everything you want in one tool! :p
