Titanium Atwrenches

Good Morning,

I have a tiny batch of Titanium Atwrenches available. These have been stamped with my antique diemaker stamps and are all different. And they are anodized all different colors as well. There are only a dozen of these so it will be one per customer and the price is $70 plus shipping. To keep it simple I'll just pick one unless you have a strong preference which can be indicated by email or comments field in the shopping cart. As always, thanks for stopping by today. :)

Sold Out! Thanks so much. :)

Peter:
I just purchased a Titanium Atwrench and I was really hoping that I could the one that has the multi-color anodizing. Thanks so much and have a great New Year.

Wow, that went fast.

Emailed you about preference.

Very cool stuff, thanks again.

The dark blue looks exquisite. Is more time consuming to make as I note a fair number of browns and greens?

Man! Missed again! Better luck next time...I dig the different colors!

Hi Peter,

Could you please tell us more about the antique dies you use? They add a nice touch to your work.

Thanks,
Ira

Thanks. They came from a diemaker in England circa late 1800's. This would have been a specialty house that made hallmark stamps I believe, and these were the original master dies.

Mr Atwrench, Are you gonna be okay after a sale like this one? There are a lot of wrenches to track down now. ;P

He's way ahead of you Rick. :P :D

Who is Mr. Atwrench and what does he do?

I love the Titanium pieces. The anodised finish is great, some of the colours are amazing and Titanium is such an incredible material.

On a completely unrelated note, did anyone notice that the PocketTool X people have started taking orders... I wonder where they got their name from?

Rick said...

Oh yeah, he's way ahead of everyone! ;P

Does that rainbow Atwrench in the bottom right corner have multiple stamps on it or some kind of a design?

Peter,
Anything with an edge coming soon?

Yeah, Rick. I'm just duckie. But that spectrum one is intriguing . . .

That one was cool...I found a teeny little hand stamp and put hands all over the piece. I'll do something else with it at some point. If you want that one Joel, it's a long swim over to Japan. :D

jodj said...

No, I'll have to leave that hand stamped atwrench alone -- for now. My 6-yr old daughter is teaching me to share. But if that lucky person in Japan ever cares to trade . . . ;)

Did someone say Japan? Anyone that I know?? O.o

Sorry, haven't been around much there Peter. It has taken me all that i've got to keep myself from getting anything recently. Got my move back to the states in 3 weeks. WOOHOO.

Anyway, I know that lucky person in Japan has a very kewl piece coming. :)

Good to hear you're still kicking Stu. Hope your move goes smoothly!

All quiet on the Atwood front . . .I hope it is because life is good and you are enjoying the best of this season.

Oh yeah, I'm flat out with getting the next stuff going. ABCs are almost done, just need to do some bead blasting to even the finishes out. A day or two of work will have those in good shape. Then I have a brand new titanium keychain tool coming up in a week or so. So good stuff is coming!

Good to hear! Thanks for the update P :)

Peter Atwood said...

Well, it's not that great. Turns out at least half of the ABCs are off because these dipshits cannot line anything up. So at least half are going to be scrap.

b.read said...

Ouch! I'm guessing you're not into selling items that are slightly "off"? LOL- I'm sure some of us around here would still buy some at a cheaper price! Hate to see 'em go to waste is all I'm saying...

Peter,
Happy New Year. My accountant was reviewing my bank statements and asked "Who is PAYPAL-Atwood? I laughed and replied, "it's a new addiction".

Peter Atwood said...

Well, these are all going to be slightly irregular I think. I have sorted them out and 25% are close enough to be saleable I think. They may have a small irregularity though so anyone who is conerned about absolute precision should pass on these. Will be blasting them this weekend and have the sale on Monday probably.

The scrapped ones are not for sale. I may try to sand the rulers off and then have them re-marked correctly.

Hi Peter,
sorry to hear about the markings, that is rough! But, I do want to say thanks, the dot shots have been broken in, and i enjoy having them there for me on a chilly afternoon. All the various tools are in use or storage for special events. I did make it back to the states for the holidays, but... now off to New Zealand & Taiwan. Yea, even the dog is looking at me funny, 2 years at the sand hill and off i go again. Anyway, keep up the great work! And I will follow your "blog" as best I can from the south & mid Pacific!
