Fancy P15 Minis!

Hi Folks and a Happy Monday to you all!

It's been a busy couple of weeks here even if I haven't had very much to show for it. The projects are steadily moving along but there's been a lot of sports to watch between the many football and baseball games, and lots of fall domestic duties to attend to including long deferred shop maintenance. In short, the usual distractions.

However, I've been very hard at work cranking through batches of steel tools for the past couple of weeks. I'm happy to report that the rest of the P15 Roid Prybabies are at heat treat now. Also at heat treat right now are steel Mini P15 Prybabies and, in a reprise of an older tool design, CPM 154 steel Nibbles! I have more steel tools on deck here for grinding as well and we'll see if I can squeeze one more batch out before too long.

Today I have a small batch of lovely little SAE P15 Mini Prybabies with Krinkle texture titanium and A51 style extra grinds! These vary a bit in style and finish. They are quite colorful due to a series of high contrast multiple anodizing treatments. Fun stuff and something a little different.

The Fancy P15 Mini Prybabies will run $85 plus $5 shipping, one per customer on these as usual with small batches, and the link is below. Thanks for stopping by and have a terrific week ahead!

Fancy P15 Minis are all gone, thank you so much!

  1. Well I took out the trash and came back and they were gone. They will be on Ebay in three days after Peter's excellent customer service. They look awesome dude, fine work as usual!

  2. Wow, after a year of missing out, I've gotten lucky on the last two sales.
The plain krinkle p15 is an awesome little tool. I can't wait to see how cool this one is.

  3. These auctions aren't realistic for the layman to purchase from, too many alert bots by tech savvy pros looking to capitalize off eBay. Always disappointed I can't make a purchase... Been trying for over a year. Guess I'll have to fork over the big bucks to a hacker capitalist if I want to own an Atwood. Love the look of all your tools Peter, keep up the good work buddy.

    1. My friend I have been purchasing Atwood pieces for over 10 years and I have never used a special app. You gotta dedicate a lot and I mean a lot of time into an Atwood purchase and if your not willing to do that then your not gonna win. So don't give up its not meant to be easy bro. You gotta want it bad.....

  5. Grubswerf,

This is at least the 5th PPT I've scored this year, no alerts/RSS/email/etc.
Just simple "REFRESH" everytime I think about it during the day. Being at my computer half the day for work helps ;)

  6. I don't have an alert bot, but you can use something like Feedly.com and have it check only http://atwoodknives.blogspot.com/. Now put up a single, smaller browser open to Feedly.com in a corner of your monitor somewhere and at around 11 am EST check the feedly.com page. Or you can also check Feedly about a month after the last update to the blog page (+- 2 days). It's worked for me a couple of times.

  7. +1 InoxElite. I don't have a bot but I've scored over 5 times this year for the exact same reasons. Guess that's the one good thing to come from being in front of a computer most of the day.

  8. Peter - did you ever make any of the P15's in the krinkle titanium with metric wrenches?
