Howdy Folks and top of the morning to you! It's going to be a warm and muggy day here today.
I have a few Rainbow anodized Pests this morning. Once again, there is a very small number of them so it will be one per customer so everyone gets a chance at them. They are $65 plus shipping and the link is below...
Sold Out, thank you so much!
Great way to start the day!
ReplyDeleteThese sales lasted a total of 25 minutes both of them. Great
ReplyDeleteDo you think any keytons coming up? I want to get one for my son and store it for him.
ReplyDeleteMan that was quick, I went to go mail something and missed my opportunity. Ugh
ReplyDeleteDamn, that didn't last long.
ReplyDeleteDamn! missed both the last two sales by mere minutes!
ReplyDeleteto early for me...but got one yesterday : )
ReplyDeleteI have a very humble 6 piece collection of Peter's work, which I have been thrilled with. However, all of these colorful pieces make them seem a bit drab - I can't catch a ano'd Ti sale to save my life!!
ReplyDeleteThese anno'd pests are really cool, nice work Peter - these last couple of sales flew right by most of us. I've been laughing at some of the posts recently, and wanted to assure everyone that ALL of Peters tools come complete with edges :-) (makes them easier to hold on to, and not so.... spherical). Oh, you guys are looking for SHARP edges? Well if just getting a pocket tool here is like the lottery, then landing (or even having the chance to land) an Atwood custom knife, is kind of like the Powerball (or maybe more like a Wonka golden ticket)... best not hope for it, just realize that "someone" will someday get one, and you've got just as good a chance of being that someone as anyone else (but I wouldn't hold your breath or else you'll end up looking (blue) anno'd....) Part of the fun is in the not knowing!!!
ReplyDeletefinally! i've been watching these forever and haven't ever got in there.
ReplyDeleteThis one looks sweet. I clicked on the PPT icon and got a purchase link first thing in the morning just as I was having my first sip of coffee. What a great way to start the day. Thanks Peter & as always, beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great looking piece
ReplyDeletegreat looking tool Pete!
ReplyDeleteI give up...keep trying and so much admire your work Peter...just gripes me when I see your new work on EBay..guess I will continue to hit or miss..sooner or later...
ReplyDeleteHi Peter, I don't think I have ever seen a knife for sale on your web page. Do you still make them?
ReplyDeleteKnives...will you guys friggin relax already? :p ;)
ReplyDelete....did someone say KNIVES???
ReplyDeleteKNIVES! KNIVES! KNIVES!
ReplyDeleteKNIVES?!
ReplyDeleteat this point it would almost be cruel to release something with sharp edges.
ReplyDeletetalking about knives gets people excited enough! actually releasing some now might be too much, people might go broke or nuts or both. or they get depressed if they miss them.
me, i´m nuts already, on my way towards broke and somewhat hard to depress, so bring it on!
KNIVES! KNIVES! KNIVES!
See this is exactly the problem. I can't make enough knives for everyone so most people will go away empty handed if I make knives. It almost isn't worth doing for the disappointment that will be generated.
ReplyDeleteThat said, before 12/31/11 there will be something sharp. However it may not be what you expect. ;) I can't say more than that right now.
and the suspense grows. this is my favorite spending habit.
ReplyDeleteI hope to get an item someday soon, if one is left..
ReplyDeleteSomething sharp? let's all guess and see who's right by the end of the year. Maybe an Atwood toothpick?
ReplyDeleteNo no no, take it easy with the knifes.
ReplyDeleteI'd rather see "many" tools than a few knifes for sale.
Did you say sharp! I need a new EDC. Thank you!
ReplyDeletePeter,
ReplyDeleteHonestly, you can't make enough of anything. In this economy were businesses are closing daily, you are blessed to have such a demand for your products. Others should be so lucky, you are very fortunate. I stopped buying every item you make because money is tight, therefore I'm holding out for the edged items. Continued success my friend!
hmm, how about a pen, or kubaton?
ReplyDeleteOr a robot!
ReplyDelete@Zag96 you have hit the tip of an excellent idea... A Peter Atwood Robot that makes Peter Atwood Custom Knives! Or better yet, A Peter Atwood Robot that makes More Peter Atwood Robots that make Peter Atwood Custom Knives!!! Wait? What if they turn out like knives made in China? That would suck!
ReplyDeleteI guess we will all just have to wait and see what the future brings, we know it will be good things, we just don't always know what they are or when?
I personally like surprises and continue to enjoy my Atwood Tools even when I miss the sales where I would have bought a new item.
I always hope that my missing that sale gave someone else a chance to acquire their first Atwood Tool or at the very least one that they wanted more than I did. With that said I continue to encourage you guys to post something when you score a New One that you are really excited about, it puts a smile on my face to know someone had a great early Christmas!
Thanks Peter and keep plugging away at what you do since you do Peter Atwood Tools better than anyone else! Most likely even better than a Peter Atwood Robot! Ha! ;o)
Have a great day guys and keep posting positive stuff so Peter will keep working hard for us with a smile on his face.
Rob W.
You know, it is pretty sad when it is easier to buy a custom knife on tadgear's website than to buy a doggone lanslide (or anything else) HERE.
ReplyDeleteExtremely frustrating. (And yes, I did just buy one of the SLCCs...)
I have to agree with digital66. My love for Peter's creations did not just come from my love of "gadgets". I can get "gadgets" anywhere. It is the thrill of the chase. These pieces are original, functional, and overall cool shit! This blog and how sales are done intrigues me to the point where I have to "stay tuned". God bless Peter!
