More Mini Rifle Knurl Lanslides

Hi folks,

Got some more of the Mini Rifle Knurl Lanslides done! These are the same length as previous Lanslides just slightly smaller diameter. Because the proportions are different and with the lack of pinstripe they appear longer than the big ones. They make a really a nice accent for jacket side pockets or for smaller tools. A plain version without knurling and with two racing stripes will be coming in another day or two.

Another change with this batch is my use of stretchy shock cord instead of the usual paracord. It's a little more work for me to finish and I'm not sure I'll use it all the time but it makes for a nice change. Great material.

The price on these is the same as the others, $15 plus shipping, since they are costing me the same to produce with the same amount of work involved.

Mini Rifles are gone, thank you!

  1. That damn shock cord is a pain to burn (or should I say burns to easily - They start on fire quick). They look great Peter. Thanks!

  3. It's a pity you can't hold such orders. Shipment costs as much as the product shipped :(

  8. My Mini Prybaby XL is going to look all jazzed up when these Mini Rifle beads arrive!
Crap, they are useful in many ways.
Currently I have a diamond knurl stacked against a 5 Dot on a G3 Prybaby and when I grip the tool
the beads lay against my pinky finger and provide a stellar grip.
I must say the set up looks Bitchin'.

Once you have one Lanslide you will want 10, trust me.

Peter, how many Lanslides does it take to fill a BigShot? Please do tell!!

  10. hello Mr. Atwood - I emailed you (martin.t.tribble@gmail.com) I also cannot figure out how to make a purchase. I have been admiring your tools for a long time but have never actually caught a sale that was not already sold out!! I am sure that the answer to my question must be obvious and I feel rather stupid for not being able to figure it out, but if it is not too much trouble could you please email me and tell me what to do? Thank you so much. Your tools are awesome, by the way!!

  13. Indy Fab Fan kind of beat me to it... I was going to post last night that Peter has a great page titled: "How My Sales Work" that explains everything you could - would - want - or need to know about buying his masterful little works of art and engineering.

  16. LOL, it's been real busy today. I made a lot of these, already offered them once already so the demand is reduced... and it's a beautiful day so no one is at their computers. It was actually a great pace today and I was able to keep up with the orders as they came in for once. Even better, I heard from many folks who never get a chance to get in on the sales so there were quite a few new names and that always makes me happy.

  17. I'm one of the newbies. I've been stalking your sales casually for a while and seriously for the last few months. I'm looking forward to my first -- but definitely not my LAST -- Atwood piece!

  22. Peter, I've got to say these Ti beads are really neat-
Have you considered a bead of Tungsten?
or is there something not readily apparent that I'm missing-?

    ReplyDelete
  23. Thank you! I suppose tungsten would make an interesting bead but it is very heavy and I don't know a lot about it. I also do not know where to find it in these kind of sizes.
