Lots of stuff in the works.
I'll be finishing up the next batch of BigShots today. These have a heavy diamond knurl on them. They look and feel terrific. A portion of the batch are SlotShots and feature 3 milled slots in the top knurling ring that are sized to accept 1.5 x 5mm self lighting gas tubes. I will not be filling these slots but users can obtain their own tubes if desired and epoxy them in. There are sources on Candlepowerforums for the tubes.
Yesterday I sent out the Metric Atwrenches to be heat treated. We should see those completed around the end of next week.
The Atwood Business Cards are coming along well and should be ready to send to the laser engravers by the end of this week for the rulers to be applied. I'm not sure what the turn around time will be on those but hopefully it is about one week.
I have another SUSale coming in a day or two as well.
Nice! Keep up the great work Peter! I'm looking forward to all the new pieces you have in the works. :-)
ReplyDeleteMMmmm Slotshots. Maybe the 1.5 x 5mm slots can find their way into other tools has well...hint hint :-)

Thanks! :) 5Dmkii...100mm macro
ReplyDeletePeter any pics of the ABC???? Would really like to see it!!!! Gary :>)
ReplyDeleteNo, I don't have one to show you because they are all getting tumbled right now.
ReplyDeletePeter,
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are amazing. Is it the camera or the lens that gets those closeups so crystal clear and sharp?
Thank you. Well, it's both. The 5Dmkii is one of Canon's best cameras and the 100 f2.8L IS is their latest macro lens release. It's perfect for product shots and the IS helps with handhelds. Now it only takes about 30 shots to get a keeper even after two cups of coffee compared to the usual 45... :D
ReplyDeleteMetric Tools! Sign me up!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the update. Speaking of epoxy--do you have one or two you like better than others for certain applications?
ReplyDeletePeter quite the Bokeh you got going there on that shot :)
ReplyDeletereally looking forward to a metric tool !

ReplyDeleteABCards went out this morning to get laser engraved. Hoping to see them back in a week or so, just in time for Christmas if all goes right.
I spoke with the heat treater yesterday morning and the Metric Atwrenches went through heat treat yesterday so hopefully we'll see those back by the end of next week.
