SlotShots

Good Morning folks. Sorry for the delay there...I had a bunch of family holiday related preparations and events to attend to. Finally got the SlotShot portion of this BigShot batch finished.

These have the same diamond knurl on them but feature three slots milled into the top ring. They are sized to accept the standard colored self lighting 1.5 x 5mm gas glow tubes that many of guys enjoy. I am not supplying the tubes, you will have to procure and install them yourselves if you want these. Alternatively, the slots could be filled with epoxy and glow powder mixture if you don't want to mess with the tubes or left alone, they look great left open too. The best current tube source is Bart on the Candlepowerforums Marketplace:

The SlotShots are $60 plus shipping.

Sold Out, thank you!

  1. Peter,
Looks Great! I'll pass, I have a BigShot. When are the Atwood Christmas ornaments being released?

  4. Any chance for a photo of the slotshot with the gas glow tube a glowing?

  5. That would be nice but I'm still waiting for mine to get here. My 7 year old tubes fit in the slot just fine but were a tad too long. All the ones from more recent years are the same width but shorter.

  6. To reply to Mark, perhaps this was the chance at an ornament . . . a nice wide blood red ribbon laced through the slots and then tied into a pretty bow to hang off a bough?

the shot itself could house an elf or some other creature peeking out . . . the possibilities are endless . . .

  7. Indy-
Peter is making ornaments very similar to the cookie wrench but they're snowflakes. Anodized red and green... :)

  8. Whatever happened to that S.U.S. that you mentioned Peter? LOL

Do you have any Wingnuts in the works?

  9. Oh man, haven't gotten to it yet... :p

I do have WingNuts in progress but need to get my lazy butt downstairs and finish the prep work on them. Meanwhile, the MetWrenches should be back this week and possibly the ABCards...

  11. No, none of the WingNuts are Metric.

  12. :-(

Just sent my American Standard Wingnut to Brother-in-Law as Xmas present . . .

Thought next batch would be metric. Will have to be vigilant to hopefully catch the AtWrench.

  13. Will there be anything on the Metric Atwrench to distinguish them from the Original Atwrench?

  14. Yes indeed, the bottle opener area is quite distinctive. ;)

  15. A snapshot would be great but I would like to see a scan of the original sketches you used to put this tool into production. A schematic or design development drawing would be interesting!
