Hi All,
I have a few FunnyBone wrench tools ready to go. These are stonewashed and there just a few dozen. They are $50 each plus shipping and the link to purchase is here:
Stonewashed are sold out, a few more bead blasted ones will be coming soon. Thank you!
I was going to pass . . . but, too tempting. Adding a Funnybone to the collection! Woo hoo! Already a better start for the week than last week.
ReplyDeleteThank you for all your great work!
Wooohooo.... Finally scored one!!!
ReplyDeletePatience and persistance does pay off.
Thanks Peter.
Nice...got one....might have been the first.
ReplyDeleteGot one! Thanks Peter.

ReplyDeletePeter,
ReplyDeleteThanks again for the opportunity to purchase one of your wonderful creations. An awesome addition to any pocket!
Wow. I guess I just can't go to lunch anymore. Missed another one!
ReplyDeleteSnagged my first Atwood piece. Very excited. Thanks Peter.
ReplyDeleteGone? Hope not!
ReplyDeleteMissed it. Dang! I'll have to keep trying.
ReplyDeleteI don't feel too bad though, the Mini Prybaby® looks really damn good on my keychain.
Thanks Peter. Got one for my Dad. Increasing your fan base.
ReplyDeleteDOH! I walk away for a few minutes and the purchase link is posted and removed. A few dozen tools and only six posts from buyers....could there still be hope for today?
ReplyDeleteOh crap! Missed em! Hard to buy from a phone. Haha.
ReplyDeleteMan, I'm getting closer, but cannot seem to time it right!
ReplyDeleteMetric?
ReplyDeleteGot one too if it's possible
ReplyDeletetsk, up and gone in no time. these tools go faster than concert tickets!
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'll get lucky on the next round...
Score #2! I'm hitting 2 for 2. Yeah!
ReplyDeleteThis'll be great for my fixed gear bike. I can now carry something to change a tire, rather than relying on luck to avoid flats.
Yep, need more Bike Tools! Metric hex wrenches??
ReplyDelete;-D
Well, I have the next batch of WingNuts underway right now and it is SAE. If I can get them ready to send out to heat treat then I can cut the next batch which will be metrics. The Metric design will have even number metric sizes in the jaws and odd numbers in the body with the largest being 15mm, the common bike axle size.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah! I would love a wingnut. That would be a more perfect fit w/ the axle nut with 15mm. The Funny Bone is off by 1 mm, but usable in a pinch.
ReplyDeletePeter, is it possible to put me down for two metric wingnuts (the second is for my best friend Steve). I love all of the wrench tools, but in vain unless they're metric!
ReplyDeleteOoooo. A 15 mm socket w/ a tire lever end that could be mounted on my bottle cage... THAT would be cool.
ReplyDeleteFor those that continually miss out (such as those of us in completely different time zones) is there any way to preorder? Especially as these upcoming ones are metric...
ReplyDeletewhat Kai said++
ReplyDeleteBeing in Oz, metric is what I need, but I'm in a different timezone, so always miss out. How about some special preorders for those of us not in the USA?
Peter,
ReplyDeleteI remember this older picture of the FunnyBone, but where are the stats on the tool. I checked your site and only found the colored Ti ones, nothing in regards to wrench/OAL size etc.
The FunnyBone was the first tool I ever saw of yours, glad I could hook into one today, especially a steel one. The Stonewashed finish is the bomb!
Anomalous, I'm in the same boat as you.
ReplyDeleteHere in oz we dip out due to time zones 8+(
metric is what I need as well.
I took it off the site temporarily. Will reinstate.
ReplyDeletepeter,
ReplyDeleteIs what is the difference between the stonewashed and beadblasted finish? I have a couple of your stone washed tools, so I'm curious.
Bead blasted are matte gray instead of shiny.
ReplyDeleteMissed again!
ReplyDeletePeter,
ReplyDeleteI was browsing your website under FAQs you list discontinued items, does that mean we'll never see them again? :(
Mark, one man cannot possibly continue to make everything on my site. Yes, I have discontinued many many items. Who knows, some of them I could make again but I doubt it. I keep moving forward.
ReplyDeletePeter,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reply, I'm looking for a blade that will fit in my coin pocket of my jeans; maybe a Micro Card? Any future for those? I was hoping for a Keykutter which appears to be out of the question... Thanks.
Old work man, not going to happen...sorry.
ReplyDeleteAny left handed funnybones ;o)
ReplyDeleteLOL, yup, they're all lefties. ..or righties, take your pick. :p

That's good to hear... because I'm ambidextrous!
We've come full circle for me! This is where I started with Atwood tools. I've had to sell some of them along the way (for roughly what I believe I paid for them) but I could not part with this one!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work!
Neale
Any word on what will be up next....and when?
ReplyDeletePhlegm. That's what's up next I'm afraid. I'm sick...sore throat, cough, slight fever and no energy. However, as soon as I feel a little better I will have a sale.
ReplyDeleteSee what happens when your around the relatives!!! ;P** Stay hydrated and take it easy for awhile!!
ReplyDeleteIs that lefty XL phlegm? LOL
ReplyDeleteGet better, bro, I need some blasted tools.
Just tied my first Two Strand Matthew Walker Knot form your instructions.
ReplyDeleteHa! Thanks for the tip!
Take it easy.
Take care of yourself, Peter -- hope the crud works its way through quickly.
ReplyDeletesick sucks. feel better
ReplyDeleteHi Peter,
ReplyDeleteReport of arrival of tools to the ranch! Thanks, I hope to see them when we arrive in Hono. U/W in the morning for ~ 1 month with stops in Honolulu and Kwajalein.
Funnybone has landed! Thank you. It is a hefty beauty.
ReplyDeleteThank you. Hope you are recuperating nicely.
I just got mine today. Very nice! I don't think this will be the last Atwood i buy! I'd really like a PryBaby also!
ReplyDeleteDavid
WHOA! This Funnyone is Stout!
ReplyDeleteTalk about built to last!!
Dig It!
Hey Peter, love the FunnyBone man. My first Atwood of many to come...hopefully.
ReplyDeleteYou have a unique talent in engineering these tools, taking them from your concept to production. Thanks for sharing your talent with us!
